The Promecam PPH 25-12B Hydraulic Pressbrake we have for sale is fitted with a Hurco Autobend 5C single-axis CNC control, which operates the backgauge (X-axis). The ram (Y-axis) remains manually controlled.
While the Autobend 5C was a capable system in its time, it’s quite different from modern CNC interfaces. Programming is done through a menu-based interface that requires manual input of data such as bend angles and material thickness. It’s a functional setup, but not as user-friendly or intuitive as newer systems.
Please note that no training is available with this machine. All necessary operational guidance will need to be obtained through the original manuals supplied. Buyers should be prepared to study the documentation carefully to become familiar with the control system.
