Mazak Nexus 410A vertical machining centre (VERY LOW HOURS)
This is an " AS NEW " condition Mazak Nexus 410A vertical machining centre. See photo for run hours, cut hours etc.
This Mazak nexus vertical machining centre has a 25HP motor that gives a top speed of 12,000RPM.
The maximum work piece dimensions on the Mazak Nexus 410A are width 410mm x length 900mm x height 570mm,
with a maximum weight of 500KG's. Spindle taper BT40, with through the spindle coolant. The tool magazine can store up to 30 tools. Quick traverse rate X, Y & Z 1,417" imp. The machine has Mazatrol 640M control. It is also fitted with a Renishaw optical machine interface. The Mazak VMC was manufactured 3rd month of 2006. We also have lots of Sandvik tooling & the renishaw inspection probe which we purchased separately (photo's attached) for sale.

X axis travel 215mm, Z axis travel 420mm, spindle speed max 4500 RPM, 12 position tool turret.

Hitachi Sekiki TS15 CNC lathe
This is an excellent condition Hiachi Sekiki CNC lathe.
The CNC lathe has a maximum machining diamter of 165mm & the CNC lathe can machine a maximum lenght of 300mm.
Travels on the CNC lathe are 190mm on the X axis & 320mm on the Z axis.
Bar capacity is 45mm. Spindle speeds for the CNC lathe 30 to 6000 RPM stepless.
The CNC lathe also has a 12 station tool turret which holds 25mm shank tools.
This CNC lathe is equipped with a ML1 Multifeed short magazine barfeed (see photo) &
also have a look at one of the photo's for the accessories with the CNC lathe. Control for the CNC lathe is via Seicos 21 Fanuc control.

This Daewoo puma 6S CNC lathe is in excellent condition. The CNC lathe has a maximum turning dia of 320mm & a maximum bar work dia of 39mm. The x axis travel on the CNC lathe is 200mm & the Z axis travel is 380mm.
The Daewoo 6S CNC lathe is equipped with a 7.5KW spindle motor & has a rapid traverse (X,Z) 20/24m min. It has a 8 station turret which holds (turning/boring) 20mm/25mm tooling. Control is via FANUC series O-T. Priced to sell.
